Our Process

Feed A Kid helps to fund the distribution of nutritious and vitamin-rich MannaPack meals to hungry children in the Philippines, Africa and locally. MannaPack rice is an excellent source of protein, carbohydrates, and nutrients culturally acceptable worldwide for anyone over the age of one year. Two other potato-based and soy-based meals have been created to feed babies under the age of one. The mother will also eat MannaPack rice as a supplement for a child still in the womb.

The meals are produced by an organization in Minnesota called Feed My Starving Children, a Christian-based non-profit committed to providing healthy vitamin enriched meals for the starving and malnourished.

Our partner Risen Savior Missions, ships the food to poverty-stricken areas of the world. Other partners in the Philippines and Africa then distribute the food to a network of feeding sites through thousands of volunteers

It only costs about 2 cents to feed a kid for a day.

Here’s the math:

2 cents per meal and 5 meals per week (only one meal a day) = only 10 cents a week!

With 52 weeks in a year, it it only $5.20 to feed a kid FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR!

Please help us. On TV you see how you can adopt one child for $35 a month, well this could feed seven children for an entire year!
